Shipping policy
DISPATCH: In most cases, books will be despatched from our office within 3 working days following the receipt of your order. However, during the busy Christmas period, delivery may be affected by the postal service. It is always best to order early if possible. Materials are despatched using Second Class post within the UK. For overseas destinations, we despatch via Royal Mail.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply call +44 (0)15395 64149 and let us know.
POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES: Postage and Packing charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. They are based on the country to which the products are to be shipped, and there are two different groupings to reflect the different levels of mailing charges:
UK Charges
UK charges are based on the order value as shown in the table below. The order value is calculated before Postage and Packing costs are added.
