GENERAL
All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained on this website are intended only to give a general idea of the products, and specifications may vary slightly (including cover design).

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Although every effort is made to ensure that products are available, all offers are subject to availability. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of Our Daily Bread Publishing. All prices include VAT, where applicable.

DELIVERY
In most cases, books will be dispatched from our office within 1 to 2 working days following the receipt of your order. Physical delivery to the shipping address during the busy Christmas period may be affected by the postal service.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail (UK) or courier, depending upon the number of items and the delivery address.

Any claims for non-delivery of an item or damage to a product must be made within a reasonable period by telephone, in writing, or by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse claims not made within a reasonable period.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, promptly call +44 15395 64149 or email us at europe@odb.org and let us know the problem.

PAYMENT
Payment on the website must be made by the credit card or debit card listed on the site.
Alternatively, orders can be placed directly with our office by telephone or mail, with payment made by cheque, cash, or credit card with the order. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery. We reserve the right to clear cheques before delivery and to refuse any credit card transactions.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the title to the goods remains vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment by the buyer of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
